Our all-natural beef is hand-raised with no antibiotic or growth hormones. We typically butcher smaller animals creating tender, lean, flavorful cuts.

On whole, half or quarter beef the prices are based on the hanging weight of each steer (average is 450-500 lbs). An additional fee of approximately $.70/lb. is charged by the packing house when you order your beef. Orders will need to be paid in full before picking up from packing house.
